September Serenity DAY RETREAT - Dorset

Set deep in the heart of the Dorset countryside you are in for a real treat. Located in the quaint village of Horton you have direct access to some stunning scenery in east Dorset. We offer a whole day dedicated to furthering your practice in mixed ability (yes beginners are welcome) hatha & vinyasa flow yoga, guided meditation, walks and workshops.

We will enjoy a picnic* together inside or out (weather depending) and as we believe in balance and that 'a little of what you fancy does you good' we will provide heartwarming cake to wash down with a cup of tea in the afternoon too.

This is a day dedicated to YOU, for self care & relaxation.  You will be most welcome to join us... It is an inspiring, healing, and heavenly place on earth.
