Women's wellness retreat - Dorset - April 2024
Within a chilled and relaxed environment, we will be focusing specifically on women's health, balancing hormones, peri menopause and beyond within the world of Yoga, nutrition, Pilates, meditation and using other tools to help and assist with women's health and wellbeing.

CHILLOUT DORSET - 3 nights /4 days
Join us for a long weekend of cosiness, comfort and ultimate chillout on this popular 'well woman' themed retreat. We will be focusing on taking a holistic and fun approach to various life stages such as the peri menopause and beyond, looking at hormone health, stress management and overcoming overwhelm and lots more. Be prepared to enjoy movement classes on a heated thermal studio floor, fireside conversations, warm pool swims, fairylit hot tubs, infra red sauna relaxations, hearty & nutritious food and drinks. It's the perfect opportunity to rest and recouperate whist developing a greater awareness of female health and wellbeing in a light hearted and easeful way.
