IMPORTANT NOTE:  Chillout's terms, conditions & covid policy - If coming alone you can select a shared or private room. Shared rooms are for guests who book together or who are happy to share with other individuals at their own risk.

We regreat that retreat bookings are NON refundable in the event of illness relating to Covid or other. If we can transfer your booking then we will at an admin cost of £50, however this is not guaranteed, so it is VITAL that you take out travel insurance to cover your stay. In the event of national lock down the retreat will be postponed and rescheduled at a later date.
