The food you'll enjoy on retreat with us is vegetarian with vegan options and designed with optimum health and nutrition in mind. Menus are nutritionally balanced and created by our onsite nutritionist and chillout sister Lucie, to provide you with enough vital vitamins, minerals and energy to keep you tip-top throughout your stay with us. You can join Lucie every Monday to cook retreat style feel good food to support your yoga practice.
