About the Event
Cowdray Hall is situated within the grounds of the Cowdray estate and hosts inspirational workshops and events, focusing on all areas of self-development. This is an exclusive day of yoga and wellbeing immersion, where we proudly combine the expert teachings of Natalie Smit-Ash, founder of Chillout Retreats with Carla Williams and the delicious culinary creations from Lucie Simon, nutritionist and retreat chef.
This day retreat is designed to rejuvinate, refresh & inspire you. (Overnight accomodation is not included but can be arranged locally)

You can do as little or as much as you like, it's your retreat. Everything is optional and may be subject to slight variations, classes are suitable for all abilities and options are given.
