Chillout Yoga Classes on Zoom

Continue your yoga practice from can now Join Chillouts founder, Natalie Smit-Ash, and Chillout Sister Melanie Smithson for weekly online classes. If you enjoyed our classes on retreat you can now continue learning with us when you get home too.

Nat and Mel teach a range of styles, from traditional Hatha to vinyasa flow yoga. Our classes are designed for all abilities in mind. Choose from Pilates inspired techniques, Yoga Flow and join us for some super chilled out yin & restorative poses in the evening classes too.
