How do you fancy spending a day with the Chillout team in the comfort of your own homes and gardens? (via modern technology of course).
We are bringing our love of yoga, food, mindfulness, dance, meditation & fun to share with you. The day inclueds a blend of hatha, vinyasa flow and yin yoga for all abilities, relaxing guided meditations and a cooking tutorial creating hearty and delicious food that detoxifies and nourishes the body.
On booking, you will receive an info sheet with details of what to prepare for the food tutorial, yoga classes and zoom set up.
