With personal nutrition, it's more than a diet to follow, its an understanding of the biological constitution of your unique body, and identifying the foods that help you to feel your best, so that you can feel empowered to take an active role in your health and wellbeing.
You will be sent a 3-day food diary to complete ahead of our meeting, along with a zoom link (you may need to download software, which I can help you with).
During the initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and will take an hour to gather information about your history, and review systems of the body, to draw a picture of your overall health.
I will then devise a personal nutrition plan for you. We’ll then go through this together and will agree on achievable steps to work on until we next meet.
One FREE 30-minute follow-up session will be held 4 - 6 weeks later. We will assess progress and I will update your personal nutrition plan
