The chilled out evening with Natalie Smit-Ash, founder of Chillout Retreats, will begin with a yin yoga session which involves moving into a few postures and releasing into them for between 3-5 minutes. Yin yoga is a magic way to deepen your awareness of both body and mind. You will be stretching deeply into the facia, ligaments and muscles with the aid of bolsters, pillows, blankets and other props for comfort & support.

Finally you will be lead into a mindfulness meditation practice which involves yoga nidra ( yogic sleep) and then either a visualisation meditation or other Buddhist meditation practices.
We close the evening with a sleepy tea and calming music
