What to expect

'Our retreats are run from the heart and connecting to the greater good is our philosopy'. we believe that in being really whole, all good things come.

We aim to be as respectful and eco-consious as possible. We buy local and give local...so we run our retreats in union, and in support of, our neighbours and fellow businesses.

If you're a lover of good food, fine company, hearty conversations, mindful meditations, relaxing walks, soothing swims, relaxing in the sunshine, dynamic yoga that leaves you glowing, then our retreats may be just what your looking for.

The rustic Villa is set in the stunning portuguese countryside with panoramic sea views. It is within a ten minute walk of two of the Algarve’s most delightful and secluded beaches, Carvalho and Benagil.

Within walking distance, there is a shop and numerous good quality restaurants, horse riding, golf, diving and tennis facilities. Carvoeiro town is 3km away with excellent facilities.

Faro airport is approximately 45 minutes drive away.
