Yoga, Pilates and Holistics
UK yoga and pilates retreats are held at the beautiful sixteenth century Marsh Farm house in Binsted near Arundel, West Sussex.
The weekends are very relaxed with a number of Yoga and Pilates session to choose from as well as home-made vegetarian and organic food. There are also a number of holistic therapies to choose from (at extra cost) and can be booked prior to the event. Accommodation is sharing.

Reiki Training Workshops
These workshops are held at the beau Nash Manor, Steyning, Sussex for large groups and Sanctuary-by-sea in Worthing for smaller groups and one-2-ones. The workshops equip you with the necessary attunements and guidance to begin or master your reiki journey as a healer.
Lunch and refreshments are included in the cost.
Certificates will be given upon completion.
Day workshops 10-4pm
Reiki Level One - £100
Reiki Level Two - £150
Reiki Master Level three*- £225 (2 days)
Reiki Master/teacher training* - £300 (2 days)
You can book the entire course and receive a 10% discount. Concessions are available, please ask.
