Whether you are a total Yoga beginner wanting to improve your flexibility and general fitness, or an advanced Yoga student looking to deepen your practice, our highly qualified Yoga teacher Natalie Smit-Ash, can meet each individual’s needs on this ten day retreat. You will learn relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques to help reduce your stress levels, and you will feel calmer, fitter and more energised, in both body and mind.
This amazing retreat is located on a coconut farm which has been reovated beautifully just over 8 years ago and has been developed into a 'diverse 50 acre organic fruits and spice farm' for the benefit of our guests and the local community. Most of the fruits, spices and vegetables you will enjoy are grown on the Farm. Centrally located, midway between Dambulla and Kandy, within the Cultural Triangle, during your chillout yoga holiday you can either relax on the farm, at our poolside or in our spa or enjoy memorable day trips to nature parks, ancient temples or fabulous heritage sites, like Sigiriya. Set amongst wooded hills and next to paddy-fields, the farm is a haven for birds - 102 species have been spotted so far!

I have experienced what true happiness feels like again. This retreat is just the most beautiful venue and the energy is very rejuvinating and special...I will be back....
I arrived on my chillout retreat unable to focus on anything, extremely stressed and wanting to become more relaxed but stronger in body and mind. Life's stresses and prolonged competing priorities had drained me so that I could no longer make decisions that included my own wellbeing because I did not exist on my list of priorities. Chillout retreats showered us all with so many wonderful experiences - invigorating yoga, peaceful meditation, amazing food - friendship and love in a wonderful setting - all that the mind and body craves for. I am now mended.
This retreat is like an explosion to the senses, the food, culture, traditions, wildlife is all incredible.
Combined with the wonderful yoga & team spirit....a truly transformative experience!
Thank you so much for streatching me, stroking me and feeding me. And thanks to the whole
group for warmth, friendship, laughter. What a fabulous relaxing and happy retreat. Sunny memories
to last all winter long. I can't wait to do it again.
'It's been fab. Thank you so much for helping me to touch my toes again! It's been fabulous.
I will it treasure always'.
Finding this retreat with you was, for me like finding a diamond on a sandy beach. The other friends who have come along to make this retreat have been a breath of fresh air. I havn't laughed, relaxed, streatched or been with so much 'ab' pain for so long. The food was a welcome experience and I enjoyed everything about eating vegetarian for the week.
