The cuisine on retreat is detox orientated, nutritionally balanced and well thought out to provide you with enough vital vitamins, minerals and energy to keep you tip-top throughout your stay with us.
Toxins in the body result from poor diet, stress, pollution, drug use, the water we drink and environmental exposure. Our bodies tend to accumulate impurities from many different sources including food additives, pesticides, vehicle exhaust fumes, medical drug residues and internal body processes. If we are distressed, under par or overweight, the natural elimination of these waste products may be too slow for the body in the long term. This is why we help to kick start a more healthier lifestyle whilst on retreat with us and our detox cuisine helps to cleanse to help your system enabling it to cope with the daily demands placed on it.
MOST IMPORTANTLY WE CAN CATER FOR ALL INTOLERANCES & ALLERGIES. WE ALWAYS HAVE WHEAT, GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE OPTIONS. ALL OF OUR DISHES ARE VEGETARIAN.**
We have an onsite Chefs, Lucie, Paula or Irina who will freshly prepare all meals on our retreats. They are all passionate about food and create the heartiest dishes that are considerate to body and mind. Wherever possible, we buy fresh and local, supporting the local economy is also high on our agenda.

DETOX JUICES & SUPERFOOD SHOTS
Every day a chillout retreat begins with a wheatgrass / superfood nutritional shot plus a detox, vitamin and nutrient packed fresh juice or smoothie.
Freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices - Calming carrot/apple/cucumber or detoxing beetroot/apple/ginger etc
BREAKFAST / OR BRUNCH
Selection of muesli, cereals, yogurts, fruit, toasts, Tea's, Coffee.
Chia puddings, eggs, omlettes, scrambled
AFTERNOON LIGHT BITES / LIGHT LUNCH
A selection of dips, crudites, olives, fruit and snacks .
Cheeses, pates, sushi, olives, humus, dips, breads, soups, salads.
Example dishes include
Thai green curry of vegetables and tofu with Jasmine rice
Daily salads (varieties of bean, carrot, waldorf, green, pasta, lentil, rice salads rotated daily),
Mixed bean vegetable chilli with sweet potatoes in jackets, guacamole and dairy free yogurt dips.
Quinoa stuffed peppers and tomatoes drizzled with butternut sauce and greek salad.
Wheat & gluetn free Vegetable lasagna with a herb salad.
Asparagus & mushroom risotto with herbs and fresh salad
Unlimited fresh fruit and a fine selection of de-caffinated teas and coffee are available 24 hours a day.
