Cancellation Policy - Terms and conditions

If you cancel one month before the retreat you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.*

If you cancel 6 weeks before the retreat you will be charged 50% of the retreat price.

If you cancel 8 weeks or more before the retreat you will be charged 25% of the retreat price.

Please also note that all cancellations incur a £20 admin fee per booking that will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

We will look after you as best we can, however, we are not liable for any accident or injury occurred during the duration of your stay, and in booking with us you are acknowledging this fact. it is therefore essential that you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your retreat, which will cover you for any emergencies, delays and cancellations to your booking.

We cannot refund in the event of a natural disaster, though our first response will be to re-schedule to a different date.

Should we have to cancel the retreat for unforeseen circumstances or if minimum numbers have not been reached, then all money received from you will be refunded. This does NOT include refunds on flights, insurance, transfers or any other related costs incurred.
